Yup, three grown men, including myself, went on a nice little adventure last week where we test drove one of the many kites we have in stock, in our Branford and Mohegan Sun, locations.
None of us had ever flown a kite before and we learned pretty quickly that the beach is the best place to get one going. Take a look at some of our pics from that morning and come in and check these kites out. We have plenty of Skydog kites with names like the Skull Schooner, Pirate Diamond, Rainbow Best Flier, and many more.
Our pick? The Dragon.
Matt's rigging up the Dragon. We were under the impression it would breathe fire. It didn't.
Matt was excited to kite. We were excited for him. "I'm really excited," Matt said.

The Dragon is just getting warmed up.
"Come on little Dragon. You can do it. There ya go," Matt said.
The beach is where the Dragon really spread it's wings.
The Dragon got so high, Dave was worried about him.
"I like it when the Dragon has a good time with us, you know?" Matt said.
"When the Dragon gets tired, can I try a little bit?" Dave said. "Sure, but the Dragon doesn't really get tired, Dave," Matt Said.
"Tony, do you think that I can use the Dragon soon? Matt said that the Dragon doesn't really ever get tired," Dave said.
Sometimes the Dragon would swoop in to say hello, just to let us know he was having fun, too. "I like that," Matt said.
