Federal Spending Has Doubled on Pedestrian & Bike Projects

Thanks, primarily, to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, the Obama Administration more than doubled our Federal spending on pedestrian and bike infrastructure projects in 2009, according to the Outdoor Industry Association.
