Although we didn’t get much snow this winter, I can’t say that 60 degree and sunny days in March really bother me. This weekend brought gorgeous weather to the Connecticut shoreline. After a long Saturday of smoking ribs and celebrating St. Paddy’s Day, Sunday called for some much needed exercise. I took a trip to Guilford with my boyfriend and Chloe the dog to go for a mountain bike ride in Westwoods. The trails were dry for the most part and all the debris from Hurricane Irene (there is a lot of it) has been cleared. We took a ride out to Lost Lake with a little exploring on the side. This little adventure got me totally psyched for Spring and with a beautiful week of weather ahead of us, I hope everyone gets out on a trail, where ever you may be.
