It was a beautiful President’s Day weekend in Southern Vermont and Mother Nature was kind enough to drop a little bit of the white stuff down from above.
Just enough to get on the skate skis for only a third time this winter. The snow came Friday night and the rest of the weekend brought bluebird, sunny skies. Perfect whether for my Ibex Carrie Vest and Smartwool Midweight Pattern Zip T. Finding your perfect layer combination is key for this sport! Looks like this weekend should be even better on the slopes up North. I hope there’s some downhill skiing in my future!….
