The 2012/2013 Banff Mountain Film Festival World Tour brings films from the 37th annual Banff Mountain Film Festival to about 400 communities around the world. From an exploration of remote landscapes and mountain cultures to adrenaline-fueled action sports, films in this year’s world tour are sure to captivate and amaze the explorer within you.

Trailblazer and Denali joined forces to host this incredible night of film and adventure.

Banff

The Glastonbury show at Smith Middle School Aditorium will benefit the CT Audubon Society Center. The Audubon Society of Glastonbury conserves Connecticut’s environment through science-based education and advocacy focused on the state’s bird populations and habitats.

The New Haven show at Wilbur Cross High School will directly benefit the Urban Resources Initiative, which is a not-for-profit university partnership whose mission is to foster community-based land stewardship, promote environmental education and advance the practice of urban forestry.

The Connecticut College Show, in New London, will benefit Connecticut College Sports for the women’s volleyball team.
