Post image for Monday Munchies Camping Recipe: S’more Burritos

Camping season is in full swing right now and here’s one that caught my eye this week. I haven’t tried making these S’more Burritos yet, but you can bet your butt I will after looking at this creative twist on a camping classic. - Tony

Ingredients

  • Chocolate chips or broken pieces of a chocolate bar
  • Miniature marshmallows
  • Peanut Butter (optional)
  • Flour tortillas
  • Aluminum foil

Instructions

  1. For each S’more Burrito, spoon two tablespoons of chocolate chips or pieces, a dozen miniature marshmallows and peanut butter (optional) into the center of a flour tortilla.
  2. Roll up the tortilla, wrap it in foil, and set it on campfire coals for about 4 minutes or on a hot grill for about 8 minutes, flipping it halfway through. Use tongs to remove it from the heat.
  3. When the foil is cool enough to hold, fold it down on one end. Be sure the filling is cool enough to eat before serving.
